Phoenix Property Care Pros owners: “There’s nothing else like owning your own business”

Justine Ducloux and Brandon Sells, owners of Phoenix Property Care Pros, said their business was built out of demand for consistent, reliable property maintenance services across residential and commercial properties in the Phoenix area.

“There’s just nothing else… like owning your own business,” Ducloux said, describing her path from running a cleaning company to launching a broader property care operation.

Sells said the business grew from recognizing gaps in pricing and service quality in the market. “Sometimes we’re overpaying for things… and not even realizing it,” he said. “Sometimes we’re getting a heck of a deal… not even realizing it too.”

The company provides services including junk removal, pressure washing, window cleaning, and residential and commercial cleaning. Sells said the goal is to create a more consistent and transparent system for customers. “Just to kind of give a… better service product and… a more consistent system,” he said.

Ducloux said maintenance is especially important in Arizona due to environmental conditions. “There’s a constant influx of dust,” she said, noting that buildup can impact both cleanliness and health if not addressed regularly.

Sells said professional equipment and expertise can significantly reduce the time required for maintenance tasks. “A job that would take… hours if not days… with the right equipment could be done very quickly,” he said.

Both owners said improper handling of cleaning and maintenance tasks can lead to damage, particularly with specialized equipment. “There’s so much damage that can happen if you’re not hiring a knowledgeable person,” Ducloux said.

Sells added that the business is focused on providing value through both efficiency and results. “It’s… the instant reward of your work,” he said, describing the visible before-and-after impact of services like pressure washing.
